Just got off the phone with service department reference to my GMC 2018 Truck. Good customer service and were attentive to my needs since my vehicle indicated a Check Engine light and some rattle noise underneath the under carriage. A set up schedule was conducted to meet my needs which reflects positively on the company. Good customer service makes me come back and continue to buy from them!
I’ve had my Cadillac since 2014 and just like any other make/model, I’ve had to take my car in for a service job. I recently took my car in to replace the stick shift and was quoted a price out of my budget. After speaking with the my service rep, Jaime Flores, he went out of his way to help lower the price. Excellent! No games here. Dylan Fulton is the first honest salesman I've ever met. He goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. Buying a truck from this group was the best experience I've ever had with any dealer. Buying from a dealer is usually a battle from beginning to end trying to navigate all the lies and BS money games like I've seen at every other dealership in Midland and Odessa.
