A major plus is that they all love dogs!!! We have owned many GMCs in the past, plus other vehicles and truly have not had such an experience in buying a vehicle as we had here at Sewell GMC in Midland Texas. After our sale we got the whole experience (never have had before either) with giant bow on hood, popping a champagne bottle paper popper of gold confetti and taking photos. Very fun!

If you’re looking for a new/used vehicle Kat Trujillo has deff been my go too on getting my new/used vehicles for the last 10 years she has always taken care of me and mine , Sarah S. service advisor stays on top of your vehicle and keeps you up to date and inn and out as quick as she can, only one I go to and trust with the care of my vehicles! Krystee Love and the team stepped up and were very helpful in making it a smooth transaction . I’m on my second vehicle purchase from Sewell. The buying experience was great both times. However, the service following has been disappointing to say the least. My current experience being beyond frustrating. My Tahoe started experiencing major problems while on the highway and was not drivable. When I called Sewell to see when I could get my car in and they told me not till sometime in January of 2026. This was the second week of December. I’m a mom with 5 kids working a full time job and my car is essential For hauling my little people and for my job. I called back up again and they advised to just “leave it with them” and they would try to get it hooked up to a computer. Left it with them on December 17th. I was fortunate that my kiddos were out of town and it was vacation time to help with the demand for my vehicle. They reached out this week, saying they had gotten it hooked up to the computer and that I needed to approve a teardown and that if my warranty doesn’t Cover it it would be $1900. After checking in with my customer service rep, after the teardown I was informed that I may have a total engine failure on my hands and they are waiting to see if warranty is going to cover it. (Granted, I have the full platinum package that is supposed to cover everything except for fly spit) I asked if there is a loaner available as I am still without a vehicle. I have been told that there are no loaners available until March and that’s if they would even decide that I qualified for one. I have not received updates from my representative without reaching out to them first unless she needed my approval for something. The lack of recognition that when you take somebody’s vehicle for repair that they have completely lost their transportation in ability to manage their family and job - provides a very unsatisfactory experience. I have always been a Chevrolet fan, but in the future would not purchase from Sewell. The after purchase service is so unsatisfactory that I would truly consider switching to Ford or another dealership to avoid this experience in the future.

I asked for a tire rotation but it didn’t get done because they couldn’t find the key. Ok but what didn’t someone call and ask. But when I was checking out no one even offered to reschedule the rotation.
